Announcing our panelists

𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 ✨
Last week, we introduced our host, and today we are excited to present the panelists of 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱𝗮𝘆 – 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵.

During the panel discussion, we will explore the future of customer contact together with our partners, focusing on the role of The Human Touch. Our panel includes:

👉 Michel Delfosse from Genesys. As Sales Director Benelux, he brings nearly 20 years of experience and has deep insight into how customer contact organizations evolve. We are proud to have someone with such expertise on stage.

👉 Endre Davids, CEO of Seamly, will also join the panel again this year. Seamly enables chatbot providers to make their existing solutions available via voice, without having to develop voice technology themselves.

👉 Stefan Mackaaij (Chief Product Officer) from Polly.Help Knowledge Management will also be part of the panel. Stefan focuses on how knowledge management and smart tooling can empower employees and help customers more quickly and consistently.

👉 New to our panel this year is Rowena Boedhoe from Talkdesk. As an Account Executive, she has strong expertise in using technology to make customer contact more flexible and future-proof.

👉 Koen Lepelaar, Commercial Director at AssistYou Group, completes the panel. He knows exactly how to use speech technology to make customer contact accessible, efficient, and easy to use, while maintaining a personal feel.

In addition to the panel, all our partners will be present with their own stands. A great opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and start conversations in an informal setting.
