A day full of insights with Talkdesk

Last week, together with our partner Talkdesk, we looked back on 2025 and explored the latest developments within their platform. During this session, we got a closer look at some of the newest innovations.

We saw, among other things, Talkdesk’s new AI plug-in, which can also be used on platforms from other vendors. In addition, we were introduced to Talkdesk Express. Two developments that show how fast the market is evolving and how many opportunities there are to further improve customer contact.
