After that, our colleague Harry Berg delivered a keynote on AI in customer contact. This led into a panel discussion with Michel Delfosse, Rowena Boedhoe, Koen Lepelaar, Endre Davids and Stefan Mackaaij. The insights and conversations showed how innovation and humanity can strengthen each other.
