Recap future of CX

𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗽 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗫 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 🚀

Last Tuesday, the Cloudoe team attended the Future of CX event hosted by our partner Genesys in Baarn.

The day started with a shared breakfast, followed by inspiring sessions on the future of customer experience, AI, and customer service. In addition, several breakout sessions gave attendees the opportunity to choose the topics that best matched their interests and the challenges they face within their organizations.

Of course, we also brought along one of our signature Cloudoe traditions: the famous Bossche Bol. 🍫 It was great to connect with so many professionals and exchange ideas throughout the day.
